A Short Article on Sony’s New Camcorders
The Sony HDR-XR200V, produced early last year, is a 120GB, 1/5-inch 2.3-megapixel ClearVid CMOS sensor camera that has a 15x zoom lens with a few enhancements like GPS for geotagging and an optical stabilizer for better compensation for video taking whilst walking, functions normally found on its higher end siblings, the Sony HDR-XR500V and the Sony HDR-XR520V and most of all, a more petite size.
Also revealed in the early part of 2009, the Sony HDR-XR500 series boasts two hard disk based AVCHD gadgets, the Sony HDR-XR500V and the Sony HDR-XR520V. These two cameras present state of the art functions like built-in GPS and the new|all-new|brand new|new-fangled|novel|cutting edge|avantgarde|breakthrough|progressive|radical|state of the art|unconventional} Exmor-R back-illuminated CMOS sensor. It too owns an upgraded SteadyShot image stabilization system and a solid feature set.
The Sony HDR-XR500V encompasses a 120GB drive while the Sony HDR-XR520V presents a 240GB drive. Despite that having a full set of features, these camcorders are filled with a pretty big price tag. For the amount of money you would be forking out, folks would expect to have alot more prosumer traits and not only a full set of consumer abilities.
